On behalf of the 2007 GLMA Education Committee, we would like to invite you to participate in the 25th Annual Conference of the Gay and Lesbian Medical Association, which will take place September 26-29, 2007 at the Condado Plaza Hotel in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
GLMA?s Annual Conference is the world?s largest gathering of LGBT healthcare professionals, offering continuing medical education (CME) and continuing education units (CEUs) for conference attendees. The conference is remarkable for its size, scope, and diversity of programming, with presentations and workshops on HIV/AIDS, lesbian health, gay men?s health, transgender health, substance abuse, aging, intersex health, families and relationships, and legal issues.
The conference will start on Wednesday evening rather than on Thursday morning. On Thursday and Friday, participants will have afternoons free to explore the historic and cosmopolitan sites and nature preserves in and around San Juan. In addition to the rich educational offerings, the conference is an opportunity to connect with a community of people like you, while enjoying the white sand beaches and historic architecture of Old San Juan, as well as the rich natural and cultural heritage of Puerto Rico.
